About The Position
The Warehouse Coordinator is a key position at Jensen Infrastructure and works primarily in the yard, managing the movement of items through the facility. The role monitors and controls plant inventory and coordinates with internal and external delivery drivers, the yard team, production team, dispatcher, and office staff. It reports to the Materials Manager and includes crossover with purchasing and planning functions. Jensen Infrastructure builds infrastructure products such as culverts, underground utility boxes, and manholes. Requirements
- Previous experience in an industrial environment.
- A complex understanding of inventory and logistics.
- Organization skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm and motivation in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory deliveries.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and sort and mark inventory according to established procedures.
- Process and provide necessary shipment paperwork and confirm the accuracy of documents.
- Track and manage inventory by completing regular cycle counts.
- Work across purchasing and planning functions.
