About The Position

SPI is hiring a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) Driver to deliver and unload finished products, parts, and materials at customer locations. The role involves safely operating a commercial motor vehicle locally and providing excellent customer service while building relationships with customers. Drivers are expected to read, write, and understand English and use navigation software. This is a safety-sensitive position. Sixty percent of work activities are performed inside the commercial vehicle cab, with the remainder outdoors. Physical duties include prolonged standing and repetitive bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength are required. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Minimum age of 18.
Valid driver's license when operating a vehicle for company purposes.
At least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience operating a 10,001–26,000 lb. vehicle.
Acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle Record.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Ability to meet the physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds and repetitive bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
