About The Position

The SES Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing the receiving, storage, and shipment of materials, tools, parts, and equipment. This role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, processing orders, handling shipping and returns, and ensuring the warehouse area is clean and organized. The coordinator will also interact with various departments, vendors, and customers, and may assist with building maintenance and vehicle-related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Receives, unloads, and stores incoming materials, tools, parts, and equipment, matching contents to packing lists and assigning to job shelves.
  • Visually inspects cartons, packages, and contents for damage from handling and transit.
  • Places orders for installation and service projects.
  • Handles UPS, Fed Ex, and other freight carrier deliveries and schedules pick-ups.
  • Packs and ships product to vendors, customers, and sub-contractors, creating labels as needed.
  • Handles and processes returns, including all Return Materials Authorizations (RMAs).
  • Initiates invoicing for the assigned line of business and includes pay applications.
  • Enters security invoices periodically.
  • Creates and enters all relevant Purchase Orders (PO's) into the Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) system (Spectrum) and updates product cost in the material management workbook.
  • Performs monthly cycle counts and annual inventory counts and reconciliation.
  • Works with other departments such as Purchasing and Operations to resolve receiving challenges.
  • Stays abreast of PO status and resolves issues.
  • Pulls and stages orders for installers or service technicians.
  • Delivers materials and/or documents to customer job sites regularly throughout the week.
  • Delivers materials in-house as needed.
  • Verifies the accuracy of all incoming orders, including counts and quantities.
  • Stages orders for pick up.
  • Responsible for inventory control.
  • Oversees receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
  • Locates and places most packing slips.
  • Keeps warehouse area clean and organized, including sweeping, breaking down boxes, restocking paper products, and emptying garbage.
  • Coordinates building maintenance with building management, vendors, sub-contractors, and in-house colleagues.
  • May assist with meeting setups, including moving tables and equipment.
  • May receive on-site credit card orders per colleagues.
  • Responsible for home building supply credit card usage.
  • May handle vehicle-related issues, including repairs, maintenance, and service.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
