About The Position
Jetson is seeking a professional, results-driven Warehouse Coordinator for its growing HVAC and electrical contracting company operating across the US and Canada. The role is responsible for core warehouse activities, including receiving and kitting materials so teams have what they need each day. The position is based in person in Centennial, Colorado, and is full-time and permanent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to operate a forklift.
- At least 2 years of progressive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
- Attention to detail, communication skills, and drive to deliver.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in HVAC, electrical, or similar industrial sectors.
- Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process returned materials from trucks and field teams.
- Unload, organize, and load outbound materials for service and installation trucks.
- Assemble accurate part kits for installation and service projects.
- Stage kits according to daily schedules and project timelines.
- Communicate shortages, overages, or other issues to the supply chain team.
- Support timely replenishment and help minimize job-site disruptions.
- Support average consumption-based inventory tracking in NetSuite.
- Enter transactions related to usage, returns, and transfers.
- Perform cycle counts.
- Control inventory and make adjustments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
