About The Position
Hood Container Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support production operations through inventory control, material staging, warehouse organization, and logistics coordination. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials are available when needed and inventory accuracy is maintained throughout the facility.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Warehouse, inventory, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
- Forklift experience or willingness to become certified.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Stage materials and paperwork for scheduled production jobs.
- Coordinate inventory movement between warehouse locations and buildings.
- Scan, track, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure production lines are stocked and ready for startup.
- Support FIFO inventory practices and warehouse organization.
- Work closely with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to meet operational goals.
- Provide backup support for inventory and cycle counting activities.
