About The Position
dormakaba is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator based in Portland, OR. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of inventory management within their respective area of responsibility. Requirements
- 1 + years of warehouse/inventory/quality control experience
- Strong working knowledge of inventory management and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to drive and deliver parts, equipment, and materials to job sites and field technicians as needed
Nice To Haves
- 1 + years’ experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or quality control
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams)
Responsibilities
- Unload shipments and put away parts and installation packages
- Prepare and send shipments to technicians, dormakaba locations, customer locations, etc.
- Monitor the inventory of the warehouse and Service/Installation vans to ensure that all necessary stock transfers are completed efficiently and accurately
- Ensure that all compliance, process reporting, and safety procedures are adhered to
- Run weekly reports on parts usage by tech/van and replenish on a regular basis
