The Warehouse Coordinator II oversees warehouse associates and daily operations, ensuring associates understand their duties. This role involves initiating and maintaining communication with the TS Dept. for prompt notifications of system or mechanical issues, and fostering strong communication with "customer" and "supplier" departments to meet mutual "customer service" needs. The coordinator enforces company rules, utilizes reports to identify productivity opportunities, monitors associate productivity with constructive feedback, and demonstrates a high level of knowledge in their areas of responsibility. They must be able to perform all warehouse functions in their assigned area, support company objectives, and effectively articulate them to associates. This role also includes maintaining associates' timekeeping records, assisting with employee training, supporting supervisors/managers with paperwork, and maintaining open communication to coordinate workload requirements. A strong understanding of company policies and warehouse procedures, along with PC skills for software like Red Prairie and SAP, is essential. The coordinator monitors their assigned area for problems, assists as needed, coordinates work with other areas, ensures timely error correction, and is willing to work in all areas of the facility (first and second floors). The ability to interact within a team, work a flex schedule, and operate facility equipment is required.
