About The Position

Under some supervision, coordinates operations through interaction with operations management. Coordinates activities for different areas like Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc. based on direction from Operations management.

Responsibilities

Champion a safety-first culture: Proactively stop work and report hazards immediately, preventing injuries and reinforcing accountability across the team.
Ensure strict HSE compliance: Consistently follow policies, procedures, and PPE requirements while encouraging others to do the same.
Lead by example in hazard prevention: Identify and correct risks within your control and promote shared responsibility for workplace safety.
Drive environmental responsibility: Recognize how daily actions impact the environment and actively reduce waste and negative effects.
Maintain high quality standards: Follow standard work instructions, perform thorough quality checks, and quickly escalate discrepancies to minimize risk and cost.
Optimize warehouse operations: Accurately receive, store, pick, pack, and ship goods while improving space utilization and meeting performance standards.
Strengthen teamwork and communication: Collaborate effectively with peers and support teams, ensuring alignment and smooth operations.
Continuously improve processes and capability: Engage in training, identify improvement opportunities, and maintain a clean, efficient, and well-functioning work environment.
