About The Position

The Warehouse Clerk plans, organizes, and monitors the receiving, storage, and distribution of items to ensure parts and supplies are located and delivered to the appropriate departments efficiently and consistently, meeting internal and external customer requirements for third-party logistics. This is a temporary part-time or full-time assignment estimated to last 3–6 months, subject to change. The role’s starting hourly rate is $20.00–$22.00; actual pay depends on factors including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The position may also be eligible for variable bonus programs and benefits.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, or at least 3 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

Prepare non-inventory shipments.
Perform cycle counts.
Interact with associates at all levels on a daily basis.
Communicate and work with outside vendors regarding logistics.
Assist the Warehouse Lead and Warehouse Clerk I with daily shipping and provide backup when either is absent.
Use Company LN system documents to select products for shipment and distribute them to the packaging area.
Use the LN system and Factory Track to find stock-point locations and enter records as needed or instructed.
Compare requisitions, invoices, and shipping notices with received or issued material to verify order accuracy.
Label receiving shipments.
Compile and maintain inventory records for finished goods received, stocked, and issued.
Operate a forklift to move material.
Lift, carry, and pack material.
Locate and count material.
Inspect, accept, or reject received material and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Lead or supervisor.
Mark identifying information on material.
