About The Position

The Warehouse Clerk performs receiving functions and equipment maintenance, keeps the warehouse organized and neat, and maintains accurate daily and month-end reports. The role stages jobs and manages the flow of materials distributed to the production floor, handles unused materials returned from the production floor, and maintains tracking logs and processes materials flagged for destruction. The clerk creates special reports as needed, audits inventory, troubleshoots inventory discrepancies, and places jobs on hold when material supplies are insufficient. This is a night-shift position in Omaha, Nebraska, with a 12-hour rotating schedule from 6 PM to 6 AM. The schedule includes some weekends and holidays. Overtime opportunities are available. No previous experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

Be dependable and open to working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule from 6 PM to 6 AM, including some weekends and holidays.
Use a personal computer and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
Stand or walk for 95% of the shift.
Bend, stoop, and frequently lift materials weighing 25–50 pounds.
Perform basic mathematical calculations.
Be proficient in English in a business environment.
