About The Position

The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday from 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The schedule may vary during the first few weeks for training purposes. This is a hybrid position, split 50% in the warehouse and 50% making deliveries with the company truck. Finish early and enjoy a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule. Be at the heart of the action. Finish at noon.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Have a clean driving record
• Be able to lift loads of up to 50 lbs
• Put customer service at the heart of your priorities.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries, verify the quantity and quality of received merchandise, and immediately report any discrepancies or damages found.
• Place and locate inventory according to the center’s procedures.
• Carefully prepare customer orders while respecting deadlines.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Suggest improvements to make the warehouse more functional and efficient.
• Assist customers at the counter and help with merchandising.
• Deliver merchandise within the required timelines, to the correct location and customer.
• Work as a team with the person responsible for deliveries to maximize delivery routes.
• Unload and place materials according to customer preferences.
• Listen to customers and respond to their needs.
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as needed.
