About The Position
ABM is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in buildings and facilities. The role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and providing general janitorial support as needed. Restroom cleaning and sanitizing is an essential responsibility. The position is located at 7130 N Broadway Ave, Park City, KS 67219, and pays $15.15–$15.68 per hour. The role may suit someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned buildings and facilities to provide a sanitary and safe environment.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock them with necessary supplies.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum floors.
- Follow assigned work schedules and route cards, and report barriers.
- Move cabinets, furniture, boxes, crates, and equipment manually or with hand trucks to clean areas.
- Clean interior glass, windows, mirrors, and partitions using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools.
- Gather and dispose of trash and recyclables.
- Wipe down furniture, appliances, and equipment.
- Use chemical cleaners and power equipment according to proper procedures to avoid damaging surfaces and fixtures.
- Notify management when building systems need repairs or additions.
- Maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Follow company, client, and regulatory safety, security, compliance, and quality standards.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
