About The Position

Build and load pallets of PepsiCo beverage products, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, to supply communities safely, accurately, and on time. The role involves hand-building product pallets for bulk and route trucks, moving and staging products, and loading and unloading trucks. Work is performed in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and includes physical labor such as lifting, bending, and moving product throughout the shift. On-the-job training is provided through hands-on and classroom instruction.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to perform physical labor, with or without accommodation.
• Must be able to work non-traditional shifts and weekends.
• May be required to use a forklift or become forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Hand-build pallets of product for bulk and route trucks according to warehouse instructions and load sheets.
• Use an electronic order system or order sheets to ensure loading accuracy for outgoing trucks and unloading accuracy for incoming trucks.
• Operate a forklift and/or power pallet jack to move product to picking areas and build pallets or loads as assigned.
• Wrap and secure completed pallets and loads to maintain stability during transport.
• Stage pallets and/or load product into trailers and trucks when ready, including handling returned pallets and plastic flats.
• Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items and submit paperwork for checking before loading.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper housekeeping standards in the work area.
