About The Position

Build and load pallets of PepsiCo beverage products, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, to supply communities safely, accurately, and on time. This hands-on warehouse role involves building pallets, moving and staging products, and loading and unloading trucks. Training is provided through hands-on and classroom instruction. The work is fast-paced and physically active, with lifting, bending, and moving product throughout the shift. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, and the position requires non-traditional shifts and weekend work.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to perform physical labor, with or without accommodation.
Must be able to work non-traditional shifts and weekends.
May be required to use a forklift or become forklift certified.

Responsibilities

Hand-build pallets of product for bulk and route trucks according to warehouse instructions and load sheets.
Use an electronic order system or order sheets to ensure accurate loading of outgoing trucks and unloading of incoming trucks.
Operate a forklift and/or power pallet jack to move product to picking areas and build pallets or loads as assigned.
Wrap and secure completed pallets or loads to maintain stability during transport.
Stage pallets and load product into trailers and trucks when ready, including handling returned pallets and plastic flats.
Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items and submit paperwork for review before loading.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following housekeeping standards in the work area.
