About The Position

Build and load pallets of PepsiCo products, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, to supply communities safely, accurately, and on time. The role involves preparing product for bulk and route trucks, moving products to picking areas, securing pallets for transport, and staging or loading products and returned pallets or plastic flats. The position pays $23 per hour and is located in Tyler, Texas. Workdays are Sunday through Friday, starting at 7 p.m. and ending when work is completed. Hands-on and classroom on-the-job training are provided. The work is fast-paced and hands-on, with physical activity throughout most of the shift, including lifting, bending, and moving product. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to perform physical labor, with or without accommodation.
Must be able to work non-traditional shifts and weekends.
May be required to use a forklift or become forklift certified.

Responsibilities

Hand-build product pallets for bulk and route trucks, following warehouse instructions and load sheets.
Use an electronic order system or order sheets to ensure accurate loading of outgoing trucks and unloading of incoming trucks.
Operate a forklift and/or power pallet jack to move products to picking areas and build assigned pallets and loads.
Wrap and secure completed pallets and loads to maintain stability during transport.
Stage pallets and/or load products into trailers and trucks, including handling returned pallets and plastic flats.
Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items and submit paperwork for review before loading.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following housekeeping standards.
