About The Position

Build and load pallets of PepsiCo products, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, to help keep communities supplied safely, accurately, and on time. The role involves assembling pallets for bulk and route trucks, moving products to picking areas, and preparing outgoing loads for transport. Hands-on and classroom training are provided. The work is fast-paced and hands-on, with most of the shift spent moving product and performing physical tasks.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Must be able to perform physical labor, with or without accommodation.
Must be able to work non-traditional shifts and weekends.
May be required to use a forklift or become forklift certified.

Responsibilities

Hand-build pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, following warehouse instructions and load sheets.
Use an electronic order system or order sheets to ensure loading accuracy for outgoing trucks and unloading accuracy for incoming trucks.
Operate a forklift and/or power pallet jack to move product to picking areas and build pallets or loads as assigned.
Wrap and secure pallets or loads to maintain stability during transport.
Stage pallets and/or load product into trailers and trucks when ready, including handling returned pallets and plastic flats.
Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items and submit paperwork for review before loading.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper housekeeping standards.
