About The Position

Build and load pallets of products such as Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina to keep communities supplied safely, accurately, and on time. This hands-on warehouse role involves preparing pallets and loads, moving products, staging shipments, and supporting incoming and outgoing trucks. The position is based in Fargo, North Dakota, with a listed schedule of Monday through Friday beginning at 4:00 PM; the end time varies with business needs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to perform physical labor, with or without accommodation.
• The position requires non-traditional shifts and weekend work.
• May be required to use a forklift or become forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Hand-build pallets of product for bulk and route trucks according to warehouse instructions and load sheets.
• Use an electronic order system or order sheets to ensure accurate loading of outgoing trucks and unloading of incoming trucks.
• Operate a forklift and/or power pallet jack to move products to picking areas and build pallets or loads as assigned.
• Wrap and secure completed pallets and loads to maintain stability during transport.
• Stage pallets and/or load products into trailers and trucks, including handling returned pallets and plastic flats.
• Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items and submit paperwork for checking before loading.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper housekeeping standards in the work area.
