About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports Cencora’s U.S. distribution services through its AmerisourceBergen business. The role fulfills customer orders through stocking, restocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping; performs cycle counts and researches discrepancies; and uses equipment to track, monitor, and verify products. The associate maintains a clean work area and, depending on shift assignment, verifies received products against documents and reports discrepancies or visible damage.

This is a full-time night-shift role scheduled Sunday through Thursday. Sunday hours begin at 2:00 PM and run until finish; Monday through Thursday hours begin at 5:00 PM and run until finish. Overtime may be required and is mandatory in most distribution centers. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with potential earnings up to $24.95 per hour through opportunities such as shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivation, dependability, and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work the listed shift hours and overtime.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks consistently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Comfort walking up to 8 miles per shift.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred (1 year or less).
• Ability to work with RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stock and restock products; pick and pack customer orders; and prepare orders for outbound shipping.
• Perform daily cycle counts and research discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work-related injuries.
• Depending on shift assignment, verify products received against receiving documents and note and report discrepancies or obvious damage.
