About The Position

The Warehouse Associate stores materials accurately, picks, packs, and scans orders, unloads containers, and replenishes stock. The role supports order fulfillment, receiving, inventory control, facility cleanliness and safety, and the maintenance of warehouse equipment. This is a part-time position.

Requirements

Proven working experience as a warehouse worker.
Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects, including up to 50 pounds at times.
Ability to use basic computer functions.
Forklift operational experience.
Ability to access all areas of the facilities.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

High school education or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
Receive and process warehouse stock, including picking, unloading, labeling, and storing products.
Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards for audits.
Keep the working environment clean and safe, and optimize space utilization.
Complete inventory diary logs and report discrepancies.
Communicate effectively with team members, take accountability, and contribute as a quality team member.
Operate and preventively maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Use basic computer and software functions to assist with receiving and inventory functions.
Assist with basic maintenance functions.
Unload containers.
Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager.
