Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

About The Position

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group Company, is part of a Fortune 150 company serving the convenience retail industry through distribution centers across the U.S. and Canada. Warehouse associates help maintain the safe, efficient flow of products through the distribution process while meeting quality standards. The position is scheduled Sunday through Thursday, with a 1:30 PM start time, and pay starts at $18.00 per hour. Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Ability to work scheduled and assigned times and required overtime.
Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, stack, and/or pull products from shelves and replenish products at various heights. Products weigh 10–35 pounds and generally up to approximately 60–90 pounds, depending on the location.
Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, including cooler, freezer, and dry areas.

Nice To Haves

At least 6 months of warehouse and/or distribution work or relevant experience.
Experience with an electric pallet jack and/or reach forklift is a plus.

Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently pick and pack products according to established standards.
Operate scanning equipment.
Pack orders according to customer requirements and/or provided specifications.
Meet established productivity and quality standards.
Identify mistakes and problems, recommend solutions, provide candid and timely feedback across the organization, involve others in problem-solving when needed, and see responsibilities through to completion.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
