About The Position

The Warehouse Associate, Inbound Replenishment assists with inbound or outbound warehouse activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor, meeting quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards. The role primarily receives products in the inbound section and may also ship products from the outbound section. Warehouse Operations handles materials and product distribution, including warehousing and fulfillment, transportation, inventory management, and demand, supply, and manufacturing planning. The position is based at a climate-controlled facility in Fort Worth, Texas. The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 8:30 p.m. and continuing until completion; mandatory overtime applies. The anticipated hourly pay range is $19.36–$22.11, based on experience and including shift differential. The position is not bonus eligible.

Requirements

Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of experience preferred.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

Unload inbound trucks using a pallet jack or equivalent device to move pallets out of trucks.
Use the Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products.
Follow applicable regulations when storing refrigerated specialty products.
Store products in warehouse locations using an order picker or other devices.
Pick products from warehouse locations and load them into outbound trucks.
Meet quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards.
