About The Position

The Warehouse Associate, Inbound Replenishment assists with inbound and outbound warehouse activities while meeting quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards. The role receives products in the inbound section and may ship products from the outbound section. Work is at a climate-controlled facility in Fort Worth, Texas, on a Monday–Friday schedule beginning at 8:30 p.m. and continuing until completion, with mandatory overtime. The anticipated hourly range is $19.36–$22.11, including shift differential, based on experience and other factors.

Requirements

Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.
Apply acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks and learn new information and methods.
Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications.
Work within standard operating procedures, adhere to quality guidelines, and refer complex or unusual problems to a supervisor.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of experience, preferred.
High school diploma, GED, equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

Unload trucks in the inbound section using a pallet jack or equivalent equipment to move pallets out of trucks.
Use the Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products.
Follow regulations for storing refrigerated products when handling specialty products.
Store products in warehouse locations using an order picker or other equipment.
Pick products from warehouse locations and load them into outbound trucks.
Meet quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards.
