About The Position

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Warehouse Associate at its Rome, New York site. The role involves preparing materials for loading and distribution, checking finished-product quality, and supporting continuous production while minimizing wasted time and materials. The associate uses hand tools, measuring equipment, and banding equipment, and performs housekeeping and sanitation duties. The position is permanent and identifies the shift as first shift. The listed schedule is 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, though shifts may run 8, 10, or 12 hours depending on daily work orders and the season. Overtime may be available. Pay is $19.50 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

Physical stamina and strength.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually above shoulder height and below the waist.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing environment experience.
