About The Position

The Warehouse Associate receives and transports products to appropriate locations, picks products, assembles orders, and prepares goods for shipment. The role is responsible for accurate receipt and shipment and appropriate handling of merchandise, and uses commonly applied concepts, practices, and procedures in the redistribution field.

This is a full-time, first-shift position working Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., or until work is completed. The role is based at 16507 Central Green Blvd, Suite 300, Houston, Texas.

Requirements

• One year of previous warehouse experience.
• One year of previous stand-up forklift experience and ability to follow all safety protocols.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds frequently.
• Comfort with exposure to environmental conditions such as heat, cold, noise, and dust.
• Comfort working at heights of 25–30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Operate different types of forklifts, including stand-up forklifts and order pickers.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement.
• Receive, pick, and transport products throughout the warehouse according to company standards.
• Stack, palletize, tote, and store products safely and efficiently.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records through proper documentation.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Follow all warehouse safety protocols.
• Check powered equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
