About The Position

L2 Brands is seeking a dependable, team-oriented Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations at its Hanover, Pennsylvania facility. The role helps ensure products move efficiently and accurately through the facility by processing orders, receiving and organizing inventory, inspecting products and shipments, maintaining quality and safety standards, and keeping the workspace organized. The position reports to the Warehouse Manager and involves regular physical activity in a professional production environment.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team player who works with urgency and takes pride in doing things right.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process, pull, and package orders.
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory.
• Inspect products and shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Keep inventory organized and warehouse space optimized.
• Perform quality control checks.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Follow safety and PPE requirements.
• Offer ideas to improve efficiency and workflow.
• Communicate clearly and support teammates.
