About The Position

Fetch is a venture-backed company providing package delivery, valet trash, Fetch Market, and storage services for multifamily communities. Its package service coordinates with residents to arrange direct-to-door package delivery. The Warehouse Associate helps maintain a safe warehouse environment, process packages, pick driver routes, conduct inventory audits, clean workspaces, and assist delivery drivers with completing and scheduling delivery drops at local communities. The ideal candidate enjoys serving others, communicates well, can use smartphone applications, and works effectively as part of a team.

Requirements

Proficiency using smartphone applications and scanning devices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Desire to help others and work as a team player.
Clear and concise electronic and verbal communication.
Regularly lift and move parcels, including parcels weighing up to 150 pounds using material-handling equipment or a team lift.
Ability to crouch, kneel, and stand regularly throughout shifts.
Close, distance, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception, required during fulfillment.
Ability to operate hand-activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks.
