About The Position

Fetch is a venture-backed company providing package delivery, valet trash, Fetch Market, and storage services for multifamily communities. As a Warehouse Associate, you will help maintain a safe warehouse environment, process packages, pick driver routes, conduct inventory audits, clean workspaces, and assist delivery drivers with completing and scheduling delivery drops at local communities. The role is suited to someone who enjoys serving others, communicates clearly, uses smartphone applications proficiently, and works well as part of a team.

Requirements

Proficient using smartphone applications and scanning devices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Desire to help others and be a team player.
Clear and concise electronic and verbal communication.
Regularly lift and move parcels; parcels weighing up to 150 pounds may be moved using material equipment or a team lift.
Ability to crouch, kneel, and stand regularly throughout shifts.
Ability to assist with moving parcel loads to and from delivery cargo vans and throughout communities.
Close, distance, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception, required during fulfillment.
Ability to operate hand-activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks.
