About The Position

Caleres is hiring a Warehouse Associate for its distribution center in Chino, California. The role supports warehouse operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment, with an emphasis on teamwork, attention to detail, and work/life balance. The position is on the first shift, Tuesday through Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour plus a $0.50 shift differential, and overtime may be available.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Pick items from designated storage locations according to customer order specifications.
• Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Receive incoming shipments and inspect them for accuracy, quality, and damage.
• Verify incoming shipments against related documentation, such as packing slips or purchase orders.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to maintain workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands.
