About The Position
Caleres is hiring a Warehouse Associate for its distribution center in Chino, California. The role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and works well as part of a team. The position is scheduled for the first shift, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, plus a $0.50 shift differential, with potential overtime.
Requirements
- Effective time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without an accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Pick items from designated storage locations according to customer order specifications.
- Pack customer orders securely and efficiently, including appropriate labeling and documentation.
- Receive incoming shipments and inspect them for accuracy, quality, and damage.
- Verify incoming shipments against relevant documentation, such as packing slips or purchase orders.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to support workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands.
