About The Position

SPAR Canada works with a major retailer supporting their warehouse operations. As a warehouse worker you are the backbone of this thriving business. From entry level to experienced, our warehouse associates are provided with great training and career advancement opportunities. This is a temporary project position from May 4, 2026, to mid-November 2026.

Requirements

Basic computer skills
Organized and attentive to detail
Physically lift heavy loads up to 50 pounds multiple times a day while being on your feet for the full shift
High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds with prolong standing
Experience working in a physically-demanding and fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for warehousing duties and the ability to communicate in English
Reliable, safe and a team player!

Nice To Haves

One year prior warehouse or general labor experience a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Process and build fixture kits and palletize and shrink wrap for shipment to retail locations
Ensure accurate and timely processing of all shipments to retail locations
Attend all trainings and follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Report to work on time and complete all job tasks as assigned accurately and on time
Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
Adhere to dress code including steel-toed safety shoes
