Warehouse Associate - Tampa International Airport
About The Position
The Warehouse Associate (described in the posting as a Stock Replenisher) works directly with sales associates and managers to put away stock, set planograms, and support promotions. The role may also involve other store functions, including customer service, register transactions, and maintenance. The associate provides customer service through inventory control and distribution, maintains safe and orderly store, stockroom, and warehouse areas, and conducts inventory transactions using handheld or company equipment. The role also includes driving a 16-foot truck from the warehouse to the airport to transport inventory.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of warehouse, retail, or customer service experience required.
- Strong customer service and effective communication skills.
- Work with a consistent sense of urgency.
- Ability to prioritize and handle several projects at once.
- Self-starter who can work with minimal instruction.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Put internal and external customers first.
- Provide customer service through efficient inventory control and distribution.
- Use and respect company-issued tools and resources in accordance with workplace security practices.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with fellow associates.
- Maintain store, stockroom, and warehouse appearance and safety in compliance with health and safety regulations, visual merchandising, housekeeping, and maintenance standards.
- Accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, and transfer transactions using handheld or company equipment.
- Complete required process controls and paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Consistently apply stock-security processes.
- Resolve inventory-control issues and escalate them as required.
- Accurately report and follow up on IMT issues.
- Identify and report discrepancies to management according to defined processes.
- Price stock and assist with store stocking as required.
- Drive a 16-foot truck from the warehouse to the airport to transport inventory.
- Perform other necessary store functions, which may include customer service, register transactions, and maintenance.
