About The Position

The Stock Replenisher works directly with sales associates and managers to put away stock, set planograms, and support promotions. The role may also involve performing other store functions, including customer service, register transactions, and maintenance. It supports efficient inventory control and distribution while helping maintain a safe, orderly store, stockroom, or warehouse.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least one year of warehouse, retail, or customer service experience required.
Strong customer service and effective communication skills.
Consistent sense of urgency.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once.
Self-starter able to work with minimal instruction.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Put internal and external customers first.
Provide customer service through efficient inventory control processes and distribution.
Use and respect company-issued tools and resources appropriately, following workplace security practices.
Build and maintain good working relationships with fellow associates.
Maintain the store, stockroom, and warehouse in accordance with safety, health, visual merchandising, housekeeping, and maintenance standards.
Accurately complete receiving, cycle counts, product returns, transfers, and other transactions using handheld or company equipment.
Complete required process controls and paperwork accurately.
Apply stock security processes consistently.
Resolve inventory control issues and escalate them when necessary.
Accurately report and follow up on IMT issues.
Identify and report discrepancies to management according to established processes.
Price stock and assist with store stocking as needed.
Assist with customer service, register transactions, and maintenance as needed.
