About The Position
The Stock Replenisher is responsible for keeping stores stocked to support first-class customer service. Stock Associates support platform operations by replenishing merchandise and handling shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, pulling and delivering stock orders, and performing minor shop maintenance. They may work on the sales floor or in a support environment. The role helps maintain a friendly, well-maintained environment and includes daily execution of the company’s Mission Statement by providing first-class service to all customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency required.
- Ability to perform computer work.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to climb, lift, and bend.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and early morning or evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Replenish merchandise in stores.
- Process shipping and receiving functions.
- Unload trucks.
- Pull and deliver stock orders.
- Perform minor maintenance activities for the shops.
- Support a positive customer shopping experience in a friendly, well-maintained environment.
- Provide first-class service to customers and execute the company’s Mission Statement.
