About The Position

Warehouse Operations at Cardinal Health performs and controls manual or automated tasks needed for receipt, storage, and shipment of products. The work supports the efficient flow of products from vendor receipt through shipment to internal and external customers. The Warehouse Associate follows established processes to fulfill orders, including picking products accurately, performing quality checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment. The role involves cross-training in multiple warehouse areas, participating in projects as needed, completing housekeeping and inventory control tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Employees must be willing to train and become certified to operate material-handling equipment when required by job duties. The position works on routine assignments under a moderate degree of supervision, follows standard operating procedures and quality guidelines, and refers complex or unusual problems to a supervisor. Work output is typically reviewed regularly by a work lead or supervisor.

Requirements

Good written communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working at heights of 20–30 feet regularly.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
