About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to join its warehouse operations team in DeSoto, Texas. Package Handlers contribute to warehouse operations by sorting and loading packages, following safety protocols, and helping maintain a productive and secure work environment. The role pays $18.00 per hour. Applicants can attend a walk-in event and connect with a recruiter; same-day offers are noted in the posting.

The position offers two schedule options: Sunday through Wednesday or Thursday through Saturday. Three sort-time options are listed: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM, or 9:00 PM–2:00 AM. Hours may vary based on business needs. The end of a sort is when all required sorting and cleanup activities directed by site management are complete.

The work takes place in a warehouse where temperatures vary by season. Associates must be able to remain on their feet and regularly lift, push, pull, or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Load trucks for delivery.
