About The Position

The Associate II, Warehouse Operations assists with inbound or outbound activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor and works to meet quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards. In inbound operations, the role receives products; in outbound operations, it ships products. Warehouse Operations handles the receipt, storage, and shipment of products and supports their efficient flow from vendors to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience.
• High school degree or GED.
• Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications.
• Adhere to quality guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound trucks using a pallet jack or equivalent device to remove pallets.
• Use the Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products.
• Follow applicable regulations when storing refrigerated specialty products.
• Store products in warehouse locations using an order picker or other devices.
• Pick products from warehouse locations and load them into outbound trucks.
