About The Position

ThriftBooks is hiring a part-time weekend Warehouse Shipping Associate for first shift at its Dallas, Texas location. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Associates work in a fast-paced warehouse picking, scanning, and shelving inventory, staying active throughout the shift. The starting pay is $15.96 per hour, and the role is subject to piece-rate incentive compensation that may allow associates to earn more. Requirements

Be highly reliable and responsible, with excellent attendance and consistent performance against goals and metrics.
Bring a positive and respectful attitude and be receptive to coaching and feedback.
Be physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds for 8 hours while keeping the body in constant motion.
Be committed to working scheduled shifts.
Be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
Authorize a background check.
