About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the warehouse by maintaining quality and following safety protocols. Responsibilities include unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for delivery. Teamwork is essential to completing the work.

The position is located at 2500 Marty Robbins Drive, Building 10, Lebanon, Tennessee 37090. The weekend shift runs Friday through Sunday, 12:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., or until the sort is complete. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management. Base pay is $19.50 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour weekend shift incentive for Friday through Sunday.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to remain on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in warehouse temperatures that vary by season, including heat and cold.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
