About The Position

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform material-handling duties in a warehouse. The role includes receiving, loading and unloading materials, preparing customer orders, conducting inventory checks, and using forklift and crane equipment. It may also involve assisting customers and preparing sales slips. The associate helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility and performs other related duties as required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Certified Forklift Operator.
Crane forklift experience.
Basic math, organization, and customer service skills.
Fluency in English.
Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
Ability to regularly lift 15–30 lbs and, at certain times, safely lift up to 70 lbs; materials weighing more than 70 lbs or exceeding 36 inches require a team lift.
Ability to perform the stated physical activities, including standing, using hands, reaching, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Pull and assemble customer orders, and check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness.
Conduct inventory stock checks and daily cycle counts; restock and label vendor products.
Maintain product displays, including tools and caulk.
Move, store, and replenish materials.
Receive and unload inbound materials, process inbound shipments, and stock materials.
Process customer returns and notify management about damaged shipments for freight claims.
Operate crane and forklift equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized facility by sweeping, removing trash, cleaning restrooms, and performing general office maintenance.
Assist customers and prepare sales slips as needed.
Follow safety rules and report accidents, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts to management.
Perform other related duties as required.
