About The Position

ThriftBooks is hiring Warehouse Associates to help sort, grade, pick, scan, and shelve used books in a fast-paced warehouse. The role involves working in a variety of warehouse functions, staying active throughout the shift, and contributing to a safe, high-performing team environment. The listed schedules are first shift, with several variable weekly schedule options. Pay is $17.26 per hour based on position and performance; some roles may be subject to piece-rate or incentive compensation. Requirements

Be highly reliable and responsible, with excellent attendance and the ability to consistently meet goals and metrics.
Bring a positive and respectful attitude and work independently as well as with a team.
Be willing to receive coaching and feedback.
Be physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds for eight hours while remaining in constant motion.
Be at least 16 years old.
Authorize a background check.
Be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
