About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This full-time role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient warehouse operations through accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and proper care of warehouse equipment and tools. You will help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while supporting customer satisfaction and company operations.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall condition of the warehouse.
• Perform general maintenance and report any issues to the Branch Manager.
• Maintain and properly store warehouse tools and equipment.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials.
• Stock and re-stock warehouse materials efficiently.
• Store inventory for optimal use of space.
• Work with purchasing to maintain adequate levels of fast-moving materials.
• Conduct incoming material inspections and verify packing lists.
• Prepare reports required by branch management.
• Verify all received materials against packing lists.
• Keep the Branch Manager informed of any issues impacting operations or profitability.
• Attend all scheduled or requested meetings.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.
