  • In the final year of your MBA program
  • Fluent in English
  • Full-time and M/E MBA students graduating from the Rotman School of Management in 2027 who are interested in 2027 Full-Time Associate opportunities in our Toronto office.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the success of projects to complete tasks such as gathering and analyzing data and conducting competitor assessment studies
  • Lead project workstreams and teams (as needed), working alongside the client to create recommendations and implement co-created solutions
  • Assist the firm’s business development through generating proposals
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership and other internal and external reports and articles
  • Participate in firm building opportunities, e.g. recruiting, training, and mentoring
