About The Position

The Process Coordinator supports warehouse and logistics operations through the Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system, with key responsibilities including planning, purchase order creation, inventory control, and backup coverage for shipping office activities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License, with MVR reviewed as part of pre-employment screening

Nice To Haves

  • Five years of experience in manufacturing operations, technical support, or safety with a High School diploma OR bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Agriculture, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related discipline
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze business needs and operational data to make sound decisions and recommendations
  • Experience in lean manufacturing systems and demonstrated courage, candor, and initiative in past assignments
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with operations technicians, planning, logistics, unit and site leads, and cross-functional support teams
  • MBA or equivalent advanced education is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment, including adjusting key process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, and material reactions to meet production and quality targets.
  • Run up and shut down production facilities, including product changeover activities, while cleaning and decontaminating equipment, maintaining housekeeping of the workplace, and driving forklifts and tank wagons safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct routine analytics and sampling, document work results, and communicate clearly during shift handovers to ensure continuity, transparency, and alignment across teams.
  • Support all site and field operations team members to enable the production of the highest-quality product in accordance with forecasted demand, embracing and modeling a safety-first culture and supporting the safe and timely delivery of quality supply based on production schedules.
  • Perform duties in a way that supports site key metrics, including Safety, Quality, TIP, TOP, and cost efficiency, proactively identifying improvement opportunities and supporting lean manufacturing practices where applicable.
  • Act as a key member of the End-to-End mission team, maintaining strong relationships with operations technicians, planning, distribution and logistics teams, cost controllers, unit leads, site leads, and the Process Generalist to support operations and resolve production challenges.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in the business, courageously face new challenges and opportunities, and ensure the highest level of compliance and safety so quality and safety standards are achieved in all activities.
  • Provide timely technical support where needed to ensure the best customer experience possible, helping translate production goals and standards into clear, actionable guidance for onsite personnel.
