About The Position

Herff Jones is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Arcola. The role is responsible for pulling, packing, and inspecting graduation apparel orders to meet production and quality standards. The associate will learn to train and direct new personnel and become familiar with the warehouse’s product lines and processes. The work requires selecting materials according to quality standards, colors, styles, and shades, and recognizing different colors and cloth styles. The position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor. Starting pay is $18; no pay period is specified.

Requirements

• Be self-motivated.
• Have adequate computer skills.
• Have reading, writing, and math skills commensurate with job duties.
• Be able to read and comprehend written English.
• Be able to recognize colors and different cloth styles.
• Be able to work all mandatory overtime.
• Be able to carry, push, pull, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Be able to stand for 8–12-hour shifts.
• Have the physical strength and dexterity to perform essential job functions.
