About The Position
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate for its Warehouse Operations team. The role involves the secure and physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information. Associates use carts, pallet jacks, shelving, and ladders while following procedures and physical security guidelines to protect customer information and maintain a clean, safe work environment. The position requires sustained physical activity and repetitive movements throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Comfort and experience with physical work involving repetitive motions and frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow procedures while maintaining the security of confidential records.
- Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, move, weigh, and sort a variety of items to support an efficient workflow.
- Move records boxes weighing up to 50 pounds on and off shelving and carts, using a ladder safely when needed.
- Use wheeled carts and pallet jacks, and work with team members to wrap pallets for safe transport.
- Follow physical security guidelines to protect customer information and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
