About The Position

Cardinal Health’s Saint Charles facility supports pharmaceutical supply chain and warehouse operations. Warehouse Operations performs and controls manual or automated tasks necessary for receiving, storing, and shipping products, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery. The role helps ensure products flow efficiently from vendor receipt through shipment to internal and external customers. Employees have one mandatory shift each week, scheduled in advance, and may select additional shifts when available. The listed mandatory shift is Sunday from 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. or until work is complete. Additional opportunities may be sent by mobile notification, typically for Monday through Thursday evening shifts. Accepted shifts must be worked in full and may continue beyond the estimated end time. Hours vary according to availability and business needs and will not exceed 29 hours per average on an ongoing basis. New hires may complete a 1–3-day onboarding ramp-up during their first week or pay period, with timing agreed during the offer process. The role follows established order-fulfillment processes and may involve working in cold temperatures and occasionally wearing steel-toed boots. Employees may be trained and certified to operate material-handling equipment as required. Pay is $21.67 per hour, including shift differential. The position is not bonus-eligible.
