About The Position
Freight Breakers is seeking dependable, hardworking team members for its Frackville location. Material handlers assist with loading and unloading boxes from trailers, moving full and empty cages, and supporting supervisors with daily dock tasks. This production-based position relies heavily on teamwork; team efficiency in completing trailers affects weekly earning potential.
Requirements
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift and carry between 5 and 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Transport carts between the dock and staging areas.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly workspace.
- Comply with all shipping and receiving procedures.
- Follow company safety standards at all times.
- Adhere to attendance expectations and call-out policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading boxes from trailers.
- Move full and empty cages.
- Support supervisors with essential daily dock tasks.
