About The Position

OnTrac is hiring seasonal Warehouse Associates to support warehouse operations during the holiday season. Associates help unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP code, move packages through the warehouse, and load trucks for delivery. The role emphasizes safety, quality, teamwork, and keeping the workspace organized. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The position is located at 565 S Pinnacle Dr, Romeoville, Illinois. The scheduled shift is Monday through Friday, with listed options of 8:00 AM–3:30 PM or 4:00 PM–1:00 AM, or until the sort is complete. Hours may vary according to business needs. The season runs from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. This is a temporary seasonal assignment; eligible team members may be considered for permanent openings afterward, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Pay is listed as $18.90 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for weekend work (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Overtime pay is available consistent with applicable law. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Must be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift packages and perform physical tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat.
• Must be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including heat and cold.
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience is required.
