Weekday Warehouse Associate
About The Position
The Warehouse Associate (DC Flex) helps ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse by fulfilling orders, collaborating with autonomous robotics, maintaining an organized workspace, and supporting teammates. The role includes picking, packing, replenishing products, preparing shipments, loading trucks, counting inventory, and receiving goods. The associate also operates hand jacks and other equipment, contributes to workflow improvements, and helps maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace. Paid training is provided, and prior warehouse or distribution center experience is not required. The position offers a four-day or five-day weekday closing schedule, with part-time closing shifts available. Schedules may vary, with longer shifts early in the week and shorter shifts later; occasional late nights and overtime may be required. The stated pay range is $17–$18.19 per hour.
Requirements

- Ability to lift 55 pounds repeatedly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform bending and reaching tasks.

Responsibilities
- Work with robotics to pick, pack, and replenish products.
- Use technology to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments by labeling boxes, adding packing slips, and inspecting items for quality.
- Assist with truck loading, cycle counts, and receiving inventory.
