About The Position

Turn 14 Distribution is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to support its Hatfield, Pennsylvania warehouse. The role assists with picking, packing, stocking, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and cycle counting automotive and powersports products. The associate works toward daily goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment, with opportunities for career growth and advancement.

The position is onsite and scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Requirements

• Understanding of warehouse processes, including picking, put-away, cycle counting, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Ability to recognize and verify shipping labels for outbound trailers.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain safety standards and follow established procedures.
• Ability to demonstrate and support Turn 14 Distribution’s core values.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely lift and move products as required.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and work in a warehouse environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as order pickers or forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments.
• Verify part numbers and shipping documentation for accuracy.
• Enter shipment and inventory data into the ERP system.
• Sort shipments and deliver products to assigned locations.
• Pick, sort, and pack automotive and powersports parts.
• Prepare shipping labels through UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.
• Load trailers using pallet jacks and/or cherry pickers.
• Perform inventory cycle counts.
• Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Meet daily productivity goals for assigned tasks.
